My stay here was incredibly relaxing and fantastic, my room was well-equipped, the staff was professional and well-trained, I loved my room overlooking the tropical garden, and the restaurant served delicious dishes.

The rooms where spacious with 2 full bathrooms, air conditioning. The location turned out to be marvellous and particularly good, next to the many shops, restaurants and bars, restaurants and shops all walking distance and the main tourist street.

The hotel has a marvelous location close to shops, restaurants, and the beach clubs. The breakfast menu provided a wide range of excellent meal options.

The place is fabulous and clean. The view of the ocean is particularly nice. The room is stocked and beautifully maintained. It includes a spa bathtub, a dryer, and towels. The hotel's location is very central, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast served is delicious and absolutely superb.

Porto Playa Condo Hotel And Beach Club offers friendly service and great food. The location is marvelous, just minutes from Quinta Avenida. They also provide on-site parking. Within the area, you'll find a vibrant atmosphere with local restaurants, shopping mall, and easy access to the beach, ferry terminal to Cozumel, and more.

The location was magnificent and wonderful, really close to beach, 100s of restaraunts and shopping and several restaurants. Got the same well stocked condo in tropical garden booked online, greatly enjoyed that.

The beds were comfy, the condo was spacious, and the location was central.

The staff were great; friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very comfortable and rooftop facilities were a useful addition....we actually had a braai (barbecue) with our friends with whom we were travelling.... The breakfasts were superb!

The plumbing was problematic. The toilets blocked up twice but was efficiently attended to.

most attractive thing is the location, around the 5th Avenue, in an area full of shops, restaurants and bars. It is probably not the best place to go to the beach, since the closest one to access is not very wide and has a kind of port where water vehicles park. Anyway, four blocks away is the famous Mamitas beach, crowded and at the time I was there (end of January), there was a lot of seaweed so the smell was quite fierce. environment of Porto Playa is very beautiful, gardener takes all the laurels! vegetation is impressive and very well cared for. swimming pool is beautiful too. With the wifi we didn't have any problem, you can access it well from everywhere. guards at the door and receptionists are very polite and friendly. gym is huge and has a lot of timetables and appliances. decoration of the apartments is with an excellent taste, they are very complete in dishes and appliances. best bed I've ever had in my life. perfect air conditioning!

breakfast, they offer you paying $8 per person, access to two different bars. One is a few meters away from the place, la carte and other one is a buffet on the beach, you cannot stay and enjoy the beach because there is no sand in that place and no access to the sea because there are the boats. Regarding the cleaning staff I was very distrustful because of an irregular situation I had with a valuable object.

We had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem just a block away from 5th Avenue. The free upgrade to a spacious 3 bedroom condo was a pleasant surprise. The condo was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we needed within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen.

Everything here was excellent, I would definitely come back. Overall had awesome stay on vacation. That hotel was in a marvelous and good location, within walking distance of everything. I appreciated the room in tropical garden.
